Who We Are

GCS Consulting was founded in 2019 by Shmuel Miller and Paul Kirwan with a single mission: to provide an expert Project Cost Engineering and Project Accounting service across a variety of sectors . We work closely with select clients to support the successful delivery of their Capital Investment projects.
